Wayne Guida, Ph.D.

Dr. Guida is Professor in the Drug Discovery Program at the H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center & Research Institute and Professor in the Departments of Chemistry and Interdisciplinary Oncology, University of South Florida. Dr. Guida was formerly Executive Director of Biomolecular Structure, Lead Finding, and Computing at the Novartis Institute for Biomedical Research in Summit, New Jersey, where he supervised a group of scientists engaged in molecular modeling, structural bioinformatics, X-ray crystallography, protein NMR spectroscopy, protein chemistry, and high-throughput screening. Dr. Guida also previously served as President and CEO of Schrödinger, Inc., which develops and markets software for the computer simulation of molecular properties and serves on the Board of Directors of Schrödinger, Inc. and the Board of Managers of Schrödinger, L.L.C.
