James Taylor, Ph.D.
Dr. Taylor is the President of Taylor
Associates and a Partner at Merchant-Taylor International, Inc. Both
firms provide a broad spectrum of services, including the design and
evaluation of clinical trials in all areas of drug and biologics
development. From 1967 to 1979, Dr. Taylor was employed at Pfizer
Central Research, where he was the FDA Liaison Officer responsible for
processing of all Pfizer research INDs and NDAs, including the NDA filed
for FeldeneŽ, a major NSAI commercial product. From 1979 to 1992, Dr.
Taylor held high-level regulatory affairs positions with Zeneca
Pharmaceuticals, Carter-Wallace, Inc., and Immunogen, Inc., where he was
also the Chief Regulatory Officer.
