Title |
A Phase I/II
Study of ATN-161 and Carboplatin in Adult Patients With Recurrent
Intracranial Malignant Glioma |
| Objectives |
- (Phase I) To establish
the safety of the combination of ATN-161 and carboplatin and to
determine the dose of ATN-161 and carboplatin to be used in the
Phase II portion of the study.
- (Phase II) To determine
the anti-tumor activity of ATN-161 in combination with carboplatin
in patients with recurrent malignant gliomas.
